colorants

Our pre-measured containers of colorant are mixed directly into 50 lbs. of joint compound. Use a whole container for full color or less for lighter shades. Typically one color is used for grout lines, and a contrasting color for the main pattern.

You may also use a quality latex paint as your colorant, however your paint colors will lighten when mixed with the white joint compound. Click here for for more information on using latex paints.
